Brad joined Discovery Living in November 2016 and has served as Community Living Assistant, Associate Coordinator, and Human Resources Generalist. Prior to coming to Discovery, Brad spent 14 years in the human services field, primarily working with mental health populations as a support worker, case manager, and team leader.

Brad received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Iowa, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology from Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia.
