Jordan received her bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Iowa State University.

She started her career in the human services field in 2016 with MYEP as a residential DSP. In 2017 she transitioned to The Arc of East Central Iowa and was a DSP at their adult day habilitation program. She then transitioned again to Discovery at the end of 2022 as an Associate Coordinator and began as a Community Living Coordinator in August 2024.

She loves that in this field learning never ends.
